Oh Gondor, I Have Some tips for you =)
1) try to level arngrim and leone to level 35, sth good will happen, please DO IT BEFORE ENDING PALACE OF THE VENERATED DRAGON =)
2) Then level up Dylan and Lezard to level 40, other good things'll happen, or just use the expert experiences recieved =)
3)try not to waste magic crystals in idiot sealstones
4) the sealstones you use have GREAT importance, 40% of a battle depend on em =) choose well what you carry =)
5)Try to destroy monster parts and learn LOTS OF SKILLS
6) DON'T FREE ENHERJAR TIL THE END OF THE GAME, JUST D-O-N-T D-O I-T
7)Dashing Is VERY Important =)
8) if you are low of HP, escape from combats, you are NOT coward, this game has save points only in important places, but sometimes they are very accesible, sometimes they are not =)
9) ALWAYS CARRY MORE THAN 25 UNION PLUMES
10)Try to have LOTS Ofd curative Items, i always buy 99, i'm NOT exaggerating =)
11)experiment combos with your character, try to make the enemy bounce into a wall or the floor cause it gives you CT =)
12)check and learn every enemy's attacks, cause when you see the range of it, you know which atttack is
13)in EVERY DUNGEON you end, check the map so you know if you completed the map AND THE CHESTS
14) look for a faq telling where are the enherjars in each dungeon (They call them einferia O_O)
15)don't sell useless items, they ALWAYS do sth in the end =)
16)feed the dog, the cat, and the chicken 16 times for what they ask for and get the 3 rings =) the dog, cat and bird ring, you'll need it later =)
17)when you reach the volcano, be aware, there are TOUGH MONSTERS there =)
18) rest is ANOTHER important tip, just rest when you can, and every time you go into a town, be sure you have all you need, so you buy what you don't have =)
19)some sealstones will have good effects and they'll be put into dais sometimes defaultly....check VERY well those things, for example, in a firey dungeon, every monster is fire elementary, so if they got a sealston that makes
150% fire attack UP
-150% ICE DEFENSE DOWN
has 2 important effects, the fortification and the weak point, just look for what suits you most, if you have good defense but bad attack, leave it, if you have bad deffense but good attack, take it cause monsters will GET YOUR ASS
20) some monsters can only be attacked with magic OR elemental weapon OR while you are equipped with elemental accesories...they are the phantoms (The little floating souls, not the crystals, the other ones which you found first at serdburg mountain ruin), the flie type (they are VERY irriating) and some other ghosts, BE AWARE, THEY DON'T LOSE A CHANCE TO ATTACK
21) if next dungeon is elementary of an element, in the last town you visited's shop it'll have weapons containing opposite element attack, don't be a fool, check for the effects, the quantity of attacks and everything and see if they are cool =)
22) check also for the armors
well, i guess that's all i can tell you for now, any problem you have just POST HERE and we'll WON'T spoil =)

Everytime you recieve a new character, de-equip everything from them, they can leave, and they can leave you good items =)

also go back to every town, they have new stuff and new sidequests =)
in this point of the game learn EVERY SKILL YOU CAN WITH ALICIA AND RUFUS
you'll thank me later

oh, you are there already? well, check the tips i wrote...try not to haste in those combats, the opponents are a little tough...what level are your guys??
oh, buy ice elemental weapons, and check very well which sealstones you use in the dais and which you carry (maybe you know, but i didn't notice til my 2nd playthrough , sealstones in a dais affect opponents, sealstones you carry affect you)

don't be impatient, that's the worst thing you can do with this wonderful game, i know the story is catchy, but once through, you can't go back, and being impatient means being quick, and you can miss LOTS of things, even without noticing
i have reached my 5th Crystal run (once you finish the game you can restart it with a higher difficulty, one crystal, two crystals, til 50 crystals...that'd be deadly XDDD) the first 1 first crystal run was very tough...just try to check this faq, not for help, just to see if you are missing sth =)

that guy doesn't spoil the game, and tells you hat to do, check the IMPORTANT TIPS that he puts at the beggining of each dungeon.

Well I just finished the volcano dungeon, and the boss was easy, especially since I had the Ice Blessing on the dias, plus his attack was reduced by Power Sap. I'm more interested in playing Wild ARMs 3 at the moment (fear not lew, I'm not abandoning VP2, it's a really good game, both of them are actually), since the game's getting mighty difficult, and fast! So I'm back at Claiborne training on Kobolds earning 120 Exp a piece (that's really good at my point, and it's an Exp amount you really shouldn't be getting, but there's a small part of the world map where you can encounter those super powerful Kobolds), but I'm mainly in it for extra Heal Berries and Potion Berries since you can't buy them.

I do have a small question, lew: Is there a maximum number of party members you can have at once?

It Was Really Hard For Me In My First Playthrough, When I Realized, "OMG! THE DAIS WORKS FOR THE ENEMY" And Then, "OMG! I HAVE ARNGRIM EQUIPPED WITH FLAMBERGE!" XD

Difficult?? Maybe You Mean The Enemies Have More HP, But That's Nothing Really =) Anyways, WTF IS CLAIBORNE??

Do You Mean In The Party?? I was going off on a tangent on Wild ARMs 3 there. The Kobolds I was talking about were the ones in WA3, and Claiborne is a city in that game.

Anyways...I had no idea you could have unlimited party members (I know you can have 4 in your fighting party), so that means I've missed a lot of enherjar for no reason at all!

As for Exp in VP2, I find the monsters in the Dragonscrypt, Chateau Obsession , and the forest ruins to be fairly good Exp.


I have a new problem now: Dragon Zombie

I fought him only once AND HE DEMOLISHED ME!!!!! UTTERLY DEMOLISHED ME!!!! I seriously need help on this one.

XD You Can Find Different Types Of Kobolds In VP2 Too XD

YOU ALREADY IN DRAGONSCRYPT?? OMFHG But Try To Fight More In The Palace Of The Venerated Dragon, The Shielded Enemis Give LOTS Of Items, It's VERY EASY To Enter Break Mode, And Also, You Can Find Necromancers, Which, After You Kill An Enemy, It May Resurrect Him So That GIVES YOU MORE EXP, Just Look At His Attack Range Area, If An Enemies' Attack Range Area Is NOTHING, That Means He's Going To Use A STatus Fortifiying Spell, Curative Spell, Or An Item

No, I'm not using Arngrim and Leone, since I have a really good inkling they won't stay in my party for long. If I REALLY have to, like I have absolutely no choice, then I'll train their butts off.

Not too sure on Lezard's Lv, been playing Kingdom Hearts to take a break from it all before I seriously loose interest in them both.
