Angel text Effect

Tutorial written by Pacman from Chocobo Heaven and Pure Graphics.

Create a new document:


Fill it with Black, then writte a text in white.


Now duplicate your text layer Ctrl+J, and go to Filter > blur > Radial blur, amount: 10, blur method: spin, quality: best.

Now to this layer add these blending options.



And you should be done and have something like this:


It may not look good, but in sigs it does
