Tutorial Written by Pacman from Chocobo Heaven for Pure Graphics.

Create a new transparent document.


Press D to reset your colors.

Filter > Render > Clouds
Filter > Render > Fibers


Filter > Distort > Twirl


Filter > Blur > Radial Blur


Repeat this step twice - CTR+F twice - .

Now Add some color CTRL+B


Duplicate the layer CTRL+J

Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal
Set the layer to Linear Light.

You are done with your Wallpaper.
You can add patterns, text, strokes, etc...

Enjoy.
