lol. Fear is passive. As long as it's on the character, it works.
Basically, it makes the enemy want to attack less (maybe reduces hate when they get targeted or something). You don't have to do anything with it.

Progress - Just defeated Arch Demon on my current game - Sphere 170 already! ;o

First went in and creamed him with a Dream Hammer + AAA abuse strategy then reloaded so I could loot extra Dragon Laser's from him.

Tried a juggle combo with Albel/Peppita but it wasn't working though it did on Green Majora so eventually said sod it and went back in with the Fayt/Peppita juggle combo again - Fayt's anti air w/th Loot Item - win.

Since I'd synthed the enemy ATK/FOL+ factors from the Hybrid Helms I'd looted from the Green Majora onto a Laser Weapon for Sophia who wasn't doing anything else in the battle anyway I got 7'000'000+ FOL from Archdemon o_o I had 7'000'000+ FOL before the fight and now I have 14'000'000+

Levels - Peppita L233, Albel L231, Sophia L225 and my Looter Fayt is now at L72.

Only a few more sets of floors left to go now before I can leave Sphere to go fight Freya <_<

Sphere 162 - 172 has one of my favourite sets up enemies. Next set I face from Sphere 172 - 182 are the fishies and bugs. Then after that frogs and spawn and then ... SOOTIES.

I was thinking about waging war on the Sooties but at the rate I'm going my characters will already be L255 before I get there so no point fighting them for the EXP!

I had been plotting my strategies against them too - last time I fought a lot of Sooties was on one of my Universe files with Fayt/Peppita/Sophia - Fayt had FAM Ethereal Blast, Peppita L10 Instanto Blast w/th Critical Hit MP and Sophia Thunder Flare. It was MP kill heaven for Fayt and Peppita with Sophia keeping the Sooties in place for them. Only annoying thing was those Kid Sooties who don't have lowish MP like the others. In those cases it was a race to HP kill them with as quick as possible Ethereal Blasts before they used Healing

For this file since I'm using Albel in my main team instead of Fayt I should use Increase MP damage + Short X right?

IIRC Peppita learns Charge at Level 6. It'd be hilarious watching a Level 2 Fayt and Level 6 Peppita take out a superboss faster than an average-planned Level 255 team XD

Then again Pep's Charge can be parried; she may have to be raised to a higher level =(

Hrmm ... Angelic Cape + Raging Anger + Tri Emblem to buff Peppita's ATK ... then maybe adding Hit+ factors from Tomes of Prowess or Brooches of Footwork o_o

As expected they hit L255 already o_o Dream Hammer pwnge galore on Belzeber - Peppita *smack smack smack smack* Belzeber "I'm gonna make you cry like a baby!" Peppita *smack smack smack smack* Belzeber "Owhh you dare to hurt me!?"

Hilarious fact is that one multi target Durian Stunbomb takes Angry Azazer out of the fight right away o_o

They gave me 8'000'000+ FOL ... but then I reloaded and went to Elicoor to refine
more enemy ATK/FOL+ factors on my Laser Weapon this time from the Dragoon Lasers I'd looted from Archdemon. When I went back to fight Belzeber and Azazer again I had 7 Enemy ATK X 100 FOL X 10 factors on my Laser Weapon. I also got the Double FOL bonus bar before going into the fight again.

I'd calculated that this would give me around 17'000'000 + FOL for a total of 34'000'000+ with the Double FOL bonus.

WHAT did I forget? ;p

I love Mr Kinky Whip actually - he's awesmely fun I was just getting him back for all the times he petrified me on my solo Sophia game - that was the maingame version of Belzeber though.

Well I took a look at a FAQ a short while ago to see what Azazer's health was and it turns out in the post game he only has 11'000 odd MP - my Durian Stunbomb did two X 6000 to him

Aw. Only 9 million? Isn't the max amount you can carry 99 million?

Max amount in the inventory yeah but not per battle - seems the max is 9'999'999 per battle

... wait why are we sad? o_o

We'd be rolling in it if we had that much money rl.

I already have 99'999'999 FOL on one of my old files from beating Freya over and over <_<

Yup. Too bad you have to fight those dragoon knights like 50 times just to get to the champions.

I had max fol a number of times and usually ended up buying a bunch of pomello juices and getting max again. I remember sitting there playing S rank in the arena a bunch of times with my Levantine. lol.
