Yes, he did. So now he has Albel, but he wants Nel AND Albel, but I told him that he can't. Unless you know something I don't Gondor. Like if Nel goes somewhere like how Albel goes to the Crocell cave for you to get.

Okay. If you get Albel through the inn event, then you have to find and recruit Nel by finding her in her room at the castle...just as long as you don't have someone else join the party...
