[Gondor Reficul]

After the copy of Wild ARMs Alter Code: F didn't read, I returned it and exchanged it for a copy of, you guessed it (from the title, of course), Radiata Stories!

I've heard quite a few good things about the game, so I decided to get it, since fate REFUSES to allow me to play Wild ARMs, plus this is one of the games that are exceptions to my "Never Buy Another SE Game Until SO: TFD Has An English Version!" Long plan title, eh? I have a list of the games under my exceptions, but this isn't what I'm talking about, no?

This is what I think from only an hour and a half of gameplay.

10 things that make RS good so far:

1 - Jack Russel is AWESOME
2 - He'll beat that gay-*** pansy, Fayt, any day
3 - The storyline is a little old, but it's easy to get a grasp on and stay with
4 - Ganz is equally cool
5 - I haven't seen so many diverse characters since Chrono Cross (no character model is the EXACT same except for castle guards, uniforms and all...)
6 - The battle system is quite impressive
7 - KICKING!!!!
8 - If it isn't glued to a wall, KICK IT!!!!
9 - Face models (the mouths don't look glued on)
10 - No horribly cluttered voice acting (I look at thee, SO3!)


3 things that make RS annoying:

1 - Silverwater, river, or whatever that f-ing last name is. The priest guy...or, the *** (Jack Russel FOREVAH!!!).
2 - The battle system can be hard to understand without the aid of an instruction manual (I had to learn everything from Ganz's tutorial)
3 - Can't customize what other party members equip?


On a final note, I forgot how to pull off a Volty Attack when your Volty Gauge is at MAX, can someone help refresh my memory? And also, I'm pretty sure there's a lot for me to go through and lots of other party members to recruit, so this list will be entirely different by the time I beat the game. I'll probably write a review on it when I can.

I've Made A WHOLE Review About This Game, It's My Top 2 Game, I Played It 5 Times, And I'm Still Missing Yack(Yes, There Is A Stupid Lil' Red/Pink Haired Kid Called Yack) And I Totally Love It...
The Volty Strike Is Made With R1 I Think... A Lot Of Time Passed Since I Played It... I Reccomend You To Play Human Side First And THEN Non-Human Side(Remember This For Later On, It Will Be Nice) Also, Try In The First GamePlay To Get EVERY Human Character(I'd Reccomend You To Search A Guide With Every Character Location And Things For Getting It) And Then, I'd Also reccomend To You To Learn Every Character Skill Possible, And Once You Learn Jack's Weapon Super Volty Strike, Switch Into Another One, So You Learn Every Of Em...Also Try To Learn Every Formation, And The Orders You Give, Don't Waste Your Money In Vane, Use It Only For The Ones You Need, Cause In New Game + You'll Have The Previous Money Oh! And Also, In One Part You Can Get The Fayt's Whole Appeareance Set(Blue Wig And Clothes) So He Looks Identically...Search To Find It At GameFaqs...I'd Say That You NEED To Have A Guide All The Time...A Simple Scene You Miss, And You Can Miss TONS Of Characters Because Of That, So Search In Gamefaqs. And Yeah, Kick Everything You See That You Can Kick...You Can Get WONDERFUL Items, And Try Not To Kick People Twice, Cause They Can Summon VERY Powerful Guards Or Just Poopy Guards...What Else...Yeah! Try To Kick The Training Wooden Person, And Start The Training, Cause If You Finish Every, I Think That Every 5 You Get A Cool Weapon...Try Not To Escape From Battles, You Need Em A LOT To Level Up...SO's Eternal Sphere Is Nothing Compared To RS' Radical...Aaaaaaand....Search For Stat Boosting Items, They Are REALLY Useful, Use Em' All On Jack...And The Typical Items That Heal Every HP And Etc....Keep Em Til The End, Don't Ever Use One, You'll Need Em To Defeat Ethereal Queen(She's BADLY Difficult If You Are Not At Level 99, That Is A Lil Difficult Too) But At That Time You'll Have Lenneth At Your Side(Wheeehaw!) And Also, In New Game +, The Freinds' List Keeps It Previous Fillments, But You Cannot Use Your Previous Characters In That Game Unless U Get Em Again...The Hardest Characters Are Rachel/Cornelia, Every Guild Leader/Chief, Yack, And Alicia, The Others Are Piece Of Cake.
