Ok, well, maybe just a nearby book store that sells manga.
Or if you really wanted to, you could go on an anime/manga forum and ask around. Some of the members of those sites know the best manga, before they ever become famous.
Heck, that's how I found out about Death Note and how I knew everything about it before it was ever recognized or turned into an anime.

You can. In fact, the feminist thing I posted is technically poilitics.

Mostly older people pay attention to it, since it applies to them more than anyone, and most of us are either too busy posting or gaming to really care.

And most things posted in the debate section end up as flaming.....which is why we don't use it that much. lol.
If it stays flame-free, then the topic can go on as long as it wants.

But yeah, you can post just about anything you want. The only real rule I enforce, it no flameing. Pac....sometimes enforces the spamming rule if it's really bad spam. lol.
