I think it was more based of, "Love they neighboring post - people" as a pause, rather than to put something together, since "neighboring post" would likely be a neighbor's home.

It's from Yoh and Gondor's closet of random jokes.
It was when we were talking about blueberries, for some reason. Then it somehow came up that Cliff's soul must taste like blueberries, and that you could use to "get all those messy stains out" and ended up thinking up most of an infomercial using Billy Mayes as the spokesperson.

Oh wait! Now I remember. He was getting a blueberry stain out of a shirt with Oxyclean, and we ran with it from there......I think.
