Storyline

It has been a few months since the final battle at the HIVE, and peace has returned to the Gurahl System, though the SEED still remain, but the GUARDIANS and the Alliance Military seem to have it all under control for the most part. The story now follows a Beast GUARDIAN named Laia Martinez, who has taken up the duty to train a new GUARDIANS graduate (this guy would be your own customizable character, but I'll get into that later on), and Ethan Waber is now a wanted man for attempting to assassinate the President! Many mysteries await the heroes, and also the rise of a human fundamentalist group known as the Illuminus...


Sound

The music has not let us down yet. Unlike Champions of Norrath, they know how to make music worth listening to while dungeon crawling and bashing the skulls of f-ing Rappys with a HUGE sword! Though the voice acting is a little weak...


Gameplay

If you've played Universe, then it's no different from it, but you can play as your own customizable character to play as now, or even better, you can transfer your Extra Mode characters from your PSU file and play as him (there are actually differences between starting a new game from scratch and starting a new game with transfered Extra mode data)! The only problem is that the storyline doesn't revolve around this character you make, rather it's around Laia.


Value

With loads of Free Missions to do, many new clothes to wear, and a bunch of new weapons like whips, axes, and grenade launchers, you'll have hundreds of hours customizing you Hunter, Ranger, or Force with an array of outfits and equipment!


Graphics

Again, if you've played PSU, it's no different. Beautiful design of characters and their outfits, and let's not forget the gorgeous dungeon and monster designs!


If you liked PSU, then you'll most likely like this game.

Even more giant swords?! YAYS!

So does your character start back at level one? Do they keep their level? Or it's the same just with the character graphics? Or does the race change the stats of your PSU character?
