The anti-form gives you unlimited combo's though. Not like that bulls*** unlimited combo where it stops when you hit the ground with that keyblade (can't remember the name of it). It's where you jump and attack over and over until the form ends.

I'd say final form indefinitly. Although I guess the situation is a deciding factor in what form someone would want to use.
