Yup, I've seen forums like that too.
There was a female mod, and she had the whole staff wrapped around her little finger. I left there before I got banned, since like three people I knew get banned for almost no reason at all. Though, we're not like that here. ^_^ As long as you don't sit and start insulting other members, you can post what you want (in the appropriate sections, of course).
