There is no problem that cannot be overcome by force.

Piloting any vehicle is simple and requires no training.
One lone "good guy" can defeat an infinite number of "Bad guys."
Make sure you eat all food lying on the ground.
You can break things and get away with it.
You can push other vehicles off the road and get away with it.
If someone dies, they disappear.
If you get mad enough, you can fight even better.
You can overcome most adversaries by having enough quarters.
You can operate all weapons without training.
No matter how long you fight, you can always fight again.
Death is reversible (only for you)
Ninjas are common and frequently fight in public.
Whenever big fat mean guys are about to croak, they begin flashing red or yellow.
You never run out of ammunition, just grenades.
All women wear revealing clothes and have great bodies.
Shoot everything. If it blows up or dies, it was bad.
Dont worry if your vahicle crashes and explodes. A new vehicle will appear in its place.
A thousand-to-one odds against you is NOT a problem.

If the male hero has an older sibling, the sibling will also be male and will turn out to be one of the major villains. If the hero has a younger sibling, the sibling will be female and will be kidnapped and held hostage by the villains.

Whenever somebody tells you about "the five ancient talismans" or "the nine legendary crystals" or whatever, you can be quite confident that Saving the World will require you to go out and find every last one of them.

"Silly Squall, bringing a sword to a gunfight..."
No matter what timeframe the game is set in -- past, present, or future -- the main hero and his antagonist will both use a sword for a weapon. (Therefore, you can identify your antagonist pretty easily right from the start of the game just by looking for the other guy who uses a sword.) These swords will be far more powerful than any gun and often capable of distance attacks.

The more outrageous his hairstyle, the more important a male character is to the story.

Weapon Rule
There's always a hidden creature who is much harder to defeat than even the ultimate bad guy's final, world-annihilating form. It's lucky for all concerned that this hidden creature prefers to stay hidden rather than trying to take over the world himself, because he'd probably win. As a corollary, whatever reward you get for killing the hidden creature is basically worthless because by the time you're powerful enough to defeat him, you don't need it any more.

Gold Saucer Rule
The strongest weapons/items/spells in the entire game can only be found by doing things like racing birds.

Thousand Year Rule
The Ancient Evil returns to savage the land every thousand years on the dot, and the last time it showed up was just about 999.9875 years ago. Despite their best efforts, heroes of the past were never able to do more than seal the Evil away again for the future to deal with (which brings up the question of just how exactly does this "sealing away" work anyway, but never mind.) The good news is that this time, the Evil will get destroyed permanently. The bad news is that you're the one who's going to have to do it.

Oh oh.They left off one thing. The "bigger is better" rule (aka "Rapthorne rule"). This states that the more obese and the more folds of fat the enemy has, the stronger they are. If they are thousands of miles high and have hundreds upon hundreds of folds of fat, they are most likely the final boss or an optional boss even stronger than the final boss.

No matter what weapon it is, you'll always be a pro with it in a few seconds ~ Any game with guns/swords

Dodging bullets can be done with practice ~ Forgot what game actually

You can pay gold to learn combat moves and be a master of it as soon as you hand over the gold ~ God Hand

Killing three people with one bullet is always fun ~ Sniper Elite

Be sure to storm into peoples houses and loot for things you want/need ~ Any RPG

Someone is out to destroy the world, and you are the only one capable of taking him on and winning ~ Any RPG

World War II Happened like 80 times ~ WWII games o.o ( I actually took this one off another forum, it was funny to me)

Rockets only send you flying through the air, they don't actually blow you to tiny bits ~ America's Army and any other FPS with Rocket Launchers

Changing clothes will allow you to breath under water or walk inside a volcano without being affected in any way ~ Zelda

You never have to adjust a sniper rifle at a long distance for gravity, gravity doesn't apply to bullets, only you falling off tall buildings ~ Most FPS games

The "Ungrateful" rule ~ This rule states that no matter whether you are a level one newbie that just started a new game or a level 99 that just saved the world (ungrateful idiots ), people will still treat you exactly the same and tell you all of the newbie facts that you already knew before you ever started.

lol. Yup. Sadly, my hair looks a LOT like Cloud's except that mine is brown.
