The one for N64 was Resident Evil 2[Which is on PS1,N64,Dreamcast and the Gamecube].

Leon was the star of Resident Evil 4 and the Co-Star of Resident Evil 2. And he was mentioned in code veronica.[That's it]

Nope. The star of Resident Evil 0 is Rebecca Chambers, and the Co-Star was a newly introduces character named Billy Coen. Leon wasn't In the resident evil series until Resident Evil 2[It took place on Leon's first day on the force].
