They actually nixed the "Gotta catch em' all" phrase starting with the RSE series, if I'm not mistaken.

Well, it more of faded out. In Johto Journyes (which they started replaying on CN early in the morning, for some reason), they use it, but less so. They started replacing combat with ways of making the attacks shiny and explode.

Ok those are the worst two videos I have ever seen in my life.... They are simply boring!! And yeah, the voice acting... is... horribly wrong!!

But even acting like that you have to be fluent and natural with it. If you can't even do that with your first language, you shouldn't be voice acting. Jeez, even I can do it better than that.
