I have wanted to post some poetry on this site for a while, but I got tired of waiting. So... here it goes

What I Think About You

You want to know what I think about you?
I believe that your the best thing to ever to happen to me.
Your hair spills down like a cascade of golden honey.
Your eyes have a deep sense of understanding to them.
Your skin is soft like a sheep's wool.
Your voice is like an angel.
That is what I think of you.

What I feel about your personality is better.
You have an air of confidence,
Which drives me wild.
Your wisdom far exceeds mine,
Even though I'm older.
The way you carry yourself,
Gives me a sense of serenity.
That is what I think of you.

Put this all together,
And you got a wonderful girl.
I wish I had the courage,
To ask you out.
For I hope you would say "yes"
And give us the best of both worlds.

Wouldn't this be under literature? Good poetry, though.
