Yes.

Capcom came out with Dino Crisis in 1999. Not completely long after following the release of either Resident Evil 2. [ Then Resident Evil 3: Last Escape/Nemesis came into the picture. Yes. ]

The game play in the first Dino Crisis isn't matching up to Jurassic Park, really. [ If you played any of the JP games, you'd know why. ]

It's basically like Resident Evil, just without the zombies. o.o And everything of that undead sort, but rather dinos. =3

@ Nikki: I wasn't the only one excited when I found this game.

I told my fiance and he had so many questions to ask me.

It was interesting, I started playing Resident Evil 2 first, than went I found the first one I played that, and I forget who got me Dino Crisis, but I do believe it was a Christmas gift back in 1999 ( along with Parasite EVE 2, thank you grandparents! I love that game. ) I couldn't stop playing Dino Crisis for a LONG time.

But the third one is retarded. Dinos in Space. Not cool. o.o; I only watched the trailer for it and was like "This is gay to the max."

Survival Horror games in space almost never work out...except for the Doom series, but that's more of an FPS game in my opinion.

Agreed. I've beaten the first three games, and it's definitely an FPS.
You can zoom out to see Duke, but nothing more than that, ontop of that it actually hinders your gameplay.
