Oh, I remember now, yeah, it was weird =P but it has an explanation (a not-from-the-game explanation, but well)
The bird starts to behave uneasy when monsters are close (yeah, pretty much like the radio  ), so, when the bird gets crazy, they know they must get the ****ing hell out of there.

You mean where he rips her flesh off? THAT WAS THE BEST PART OF THE MOVIE, AND IT STILL SUCKED!!!!!
Pyramid Head in the movie didn't feel like Pyramid Head to me, if you understand what I'm talking about. There is one other upside to the movie. It's the fact that all the songs used were from the entire Silent Hill sereis soundtrack, and I mean ALL of the songs used.

I own a copy, and I watched it last week. I like it, but they shouldn't have made it too similar to the first game.

It's just a matter of opinion, some like movies to be the most similar as possible to the game (like me), and some want it to be different =P

Well, the good / bad news is that they are doing a sequel. And Silent Hill: Homecoming is out this September. I don't even have a 360 or PS3 to play it on. But it does look good. I have put it on my wanted games list.

So have I...along with a few other RPGs, but still.
As for the SH movie sequel, I know they're going to botch up that plot too, but it's all a matter of how.
