Castlevania: Aria Of Sorrow ~ After Boss Rush mode when I had obtained the Excalibur, the description was 'The Legendary Sword In The Stone', much to my surprise after equipping it, and swinging it, the sword was still in the stone XD I found that really amusing.

First that comes to my head, Lunar Legend, near the start when you find out that the oh-so prized Dragon Gems (or something like that) are actually dragon, ehh, waste =p

Um anytime EVER playing Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas back in the day. GTA glitches are the best around. I love the programming screw ups so much.

One funny thing is that in Digimon World 4, there's a weapon called "Destroyer" and it's weapon description is, "Its Pwr of Light does big damage".

Tales of Phantasia ~ I just found the ninja scroll that contained Suzu's best ability, but when she used it, I was shocked at what I saw! The attack was the summoning of a giant fire-breathing frog!

But the characters are in a train, and then one girl character is dreaming and we can "read" her wispering "Ohh... Ohh... hey wait! put you pans on!"
something like that...

I just remembered one from Gondor's remark. I was fighting Ultimecia in FFVIII and I was down to one character with about 50 HP, no limit break. I was thinking, "Oh man, I hope (guy that replaces Odin) shows up because she's so low on HP." Just then, he did. I was thinking, "Yes! He's gonna save me! THis battle is in the bag!!"

He pulled out Excalipoor and did one damage to her. She killed me next turn with her best attack.

For me, it would have to be when you talk to Seem before the Monk/Leaper Race:

Seem: You are still here?

Jak: Yeah, we thought we'd hang out... catch some rays...

Seem: This isn't a game!

Anastasia: "Yeah, that's gotta be it."
*They all turn and look at him.*
Yama Garan: Any last words before your demise?
Yuri: "Yeah. Where can I get a pillow like that?"
Yama Garan: "I...will....RIP THE FLESH FROM YOUR BONES!!!"
