junction system for me. because for me it seems more "realistic" in the sense that each GF have their own skills they are able to learn normally.. and then you can teach them or make then forget.. giving a LOT of customization. the draw system is not actually very efficient and using magic refine from the GF's abilities are much more user-friendly.
