Well....mainly, there are plotholes in that game bigger than Kairi's keyhole...right in the very beginning! You can't play the game for two minutes without twisting your ankle on a plothole.
The biggest plotholes are about Roxas...I don't think his whole story was explained. Hopefully, they'll fill those plotholes.
