I think Square Enix didn't do too bad for an attempt at a new battle system, I'm not saying that they did great, but if they try to use this same battle system somewhere in the future, they might make it better. But who knows, only the minds of SE know.

That's what I was saying though. It's not a new battle system. It's a butchered version of the FFXI battle system. It's the same thing but with a time bar (which was a horrible idea) and allies tat you can't control directly (which isn't as bad of an idea). At least on FFXI, you're alone and can control everything directly and can ally with other players that also control their characters directly.

I also was going 2 say that but got distracted when the RPG God was mentioned. They should stick 2 the way the original battle systems were. They really messed it up in the game.

But I like the game...it was good...I don't care if it was a butchered version of FFXI, it's still good! And Yoherz, if you don't like controlling your characters indirectly, then that's your problem, don't make it everyone else's.
