Default How does this game compare to FFX?
I am ashamed to say that I haven't played X or XII yet. At the gamestop in my area, they are really close in price and I wanted to know which one is better. So please tell me which one you think is better and why.

I would recommend the two of them. Final Fantasy X has a great story. But the gameplay of Final Fantasy XII is refreshing. I prefer FFX's story, but graphics in FFXII's are better.

I'm going to eventually get both. But I just want to know which one to get first. From your post, I would probably get XII.

both games are good, but it depends on what your looking for. like Pacman said, XII is good for graphics and new game play. but on the other hand, I think X has a very interesting plot, as well as a lot of origenal characters (something that really cant be said about XII). I guess ide say X, but like I said it depends on if you want a more clasic game based around plot, or an innovative game based around graphics.

on a side note, how the heck are they the same price = O ? there was a 20$ differance at my game place!

Take it from Dark Paladin, FFX would be the better game to get. FFXII is okay, don't get me wrong, but I'd go with the better of the two games.

There is a bit of a difference. 17.99 and 16.99.

I agree. FFX is an awesome game but FFxii beats it in graphics.

i like X's plot better. the game graphics are better in xii but i think the movie cutsenes look better in ffx
