The Hunts
i just started, the game [got it for my birthday] and i went to the second hunt (after rouge tomato) and thought i could beat him easy, that was not so, of course
 so can sum1 tell me the best lvl for beating him with out to much trouble?

Well, FF XII's battle system doesn't need that much level, it requires strategy. If your party is no other than Vaan, I think you should wait until you get someone else.

I usually take on the hunt and depending on how bad it slaughters me decide if I should A.) try again, B.) wait a mission or C.) wait a very long time =P . I had almost all the hunts done but my memory card kinda died ;_; .

I usually go on hunts once I have nothing to do, or before moving on with the storyline... so I can level up a little bit...
