Yes, in the mines at buhjerba(SP?) I think when the skeletons appear you can do many chains, also I did like 93 on the leviathan, where you're not supposed to walk through the gates that has the red sensors that made the alarm sound, just pass thought them a lot and more and more guards will come

I was farming mirrorknights to get money, so I chained them till about 180 then got bored and sold the loot :P
