Agreed. KH was realtime. I don't know why they didn't just make it fully realtime.
Even X-2's system was better. All they did for this game was rip-off the battle system of FFXI and add timebars and gambits to control your allies in place of real players.
It was hella better when you actually played it in FFXI.

I like the gameplay, but as I agree with you the customisation could have been way better. Like the classic Job system. Easy to handle, less complicated and repetetive.
As a review I once read wrote:
You don't have to teach the ability Cure to ever character, but considering the use of it you will do so. Same with many others.
In fact on the long term all characters will be different.

In my party the only difference is that Fran is my mage, while the others usually use swords, and occasionally a bow.

the game truly sucked like sumthing bad i had no connection with any of the people and i normaly get so absorbed it was like pffft, i didnt care and that was the worst thing because i had no desire to help these charactors and no desire to complete the game in fact i .....hated it

Well, the abilities can be different, that depends on the players, you choose what licenses they'll learn and what equipment they'll have.
But I agree that their design lacks originality =/
