For the first time FF had variety. That's what i've come to love and appreciate about FFX-2. What's even better though is that you don't just queue up in an orderly fashion and wait for the big ol' baddie to pat you round the head with it's nasty claws in battle, thier quick and tricky and actually require some thought (Depending on whether you've turned wait-mode on or off that is XP).

That wasn't the problem with the game. I don't get why people don't notice this, but it's how poorly executed everything was. the Dressspheres were a perfect excuse th ***** up the ALL female party even further than they already were. There were far too many women in the game, and Brother became a friggin pervert. The storyline was very weak, but the gameplay was excellent...it's just that it seems so degrading to women like that. There are too many scantily clad women in that game, and not enough emphasis on the storyline and *gasp* masculine characters. I felt like the lone guy who bothers to attend a slumber party. It just seemed very awkward, even AFTER I hit puberty.

This game was just a sad sad excuse for free softcore porn.
