well guys...i never thought there were ff8 haters...i thought it from FF X2 cause it's to feminist(thing that is cool cause there are female players,you know? but ff8 is super dooper fun,and also has the greatest storyline and lots and lots of sidequests....not mentioning the progresses with the graphics

What? No. FFX-2 is the opposite of feminist, it's sexist...no, degrading. Sure, you control a party of sexy women, but almost ALL of their Dresspsheres have them in scantily clad outfits...it's just stupid. I don't mind having a party of women in an RPG, hell, I'm going to do that for Hard Mode on Tales of Legendia, but just don't make them look like total *****s in the process.

if the ff8 team dies, square enix dies... and final fantasy viii had the best final fantasy storyline so far... and the junction/drawing system was pure originality and boosted the way you can customize your players... could you do that in ffxii ??? don't think so...

LOL no i cant agree FF8 had the worst story ive seen in a long time. Just the missle base mission killed the entire game. It makes you play with the worst characters that you NEVER leveled and did not expect to have to use. So it kinda made that place a real pain in the a$$.

I haven't been up to date with Final Fantasy, but if the picture that I saw on here isn't a fake and is true then I hope to see it soon.

It really doesn't deserve a sequel. FFX did, but not like that. FFVIII...no, the storyline is horrific...if there even IS a storyline in there. The Junction system gave me a total headache, and I'm probably not the only one who did. The GF system was the only good thing about it, and that was only because it was a precursor to the Aeon system of FFX, wich was the precursor for the Esper system in FFXII.
