Anyways, the idea is to run into all of his attacks and spam, use, and abuse the hell out of Reflectaga and it reverses all damage onto Sephy. Doing this on all his attacks, especially the firewall, will kick his HP down to nothing in no time at all.
It just so happened that he got it in exactly 35 seconds. Might be possible to get it even faster.

I Think What She's Trying To Say Is That Beating Sephy On KH2 Was More A Matter Of Level And Was Easier Thatn KH1...In KH1 My Battle With Sephy Lasted 30 Minutes(REALLY O_O) And With Sephy From KH2 16-20 Min

Yeah. He's a great deal easier. His attack patterns are a lot more predictable, and despite that he has more HP, his attacks and such are s*** compared to the KH1 Sephy.
