In Final Fantasy 3 ds you need them to get around after your air ship is destroyed. (please don't kill me, I'm not trying to ruin the plot for you :'()

lol u should put a spoiler on that,
chocobo tales, wasnt that great, like a lot of chocobo based game. but it did hold my attention through a part of it |

In Chocobo Tales, the only thing that really kept me interested was the mass amount of Final Fantasy music!
 And it was really good quality too

thats true, it was surpirsingly good, for a chocobo game, while playing a lot of chocobo games, may leave your ears bleeding because of what sounds like a 3 year old kid bangin on a drumset with a large block of concrete
