aparently in the original japanese version kuja was women but american and europe version she changed gender to a man did they get scared over kuja lust for Garnet (Dagger)what do you guys think!

Well, if you think about it, Kuja and Zidane are a completely different species, so they could have people with both genders. Hell, we even have people in our species with both sexual organ sets.

Though, it could also be a case like Quinta where the gender is unknown, but in the English langauge that the male pronoun is used when gender is uncertain. It might be just the opposite in the Japanese language.
