thats part of the "Fabula Nova Chrysalis" that involves three games:
Final Fantasy XIII Final Fantasy vs XIII and FF agito XIII, a game for cell phones that is gonna come out in Japan. I dunno if they are gonna sell it outside Japan.

I dont know. they say all stories within Fabula Nova Chrysalis are connected, but that's all I know.
