Yesterday, I was playing DQVIII, trying to get Charmless an Argon Lizard Heart. While fighting my first lizard, I noticed something very odd. when I normally psyche up in battle, the moment my guys reach 50 Tension, it'll say, "<Name> has reached a state of high tension!!!!"

But when I did it that time, nothing was said, not even a notice. Realizing this, I thought to myself, "What the heck? Let's try it one more time." Sure enough, psyching them up one more time got them into super high tension! This is something me and my sister haven't been able to figure out for a year! It's apparent that if a character is in a state of high tension at 50, then he/she can go no higher, but if he/she is not, then they have a good chance of going to tension level 100! Super high tension!

For anybody who hasn't been able to see the DBZ ripoff that is Hero's super high tension mode for themselves, this is a good thing to go by.

Yep. Thought that it was supposed to be a really rare fluke of luck. It's really not.

But you'll know if a character is in super high tension when he/she is glowing purple.

They pwn things as painfully as possible that way.

I kenw about super high tension and that Hero looks an awful lot like super saiyen Trunks. it's even on the box or the instructions somewhere. I know I've seen it before. Maybe it was on a walkthrough site. I don't remember.

It's still stupid to look at it in person. But I like Jessica's super high tension mode, those stray locks make her even more sexy.

Nope. Don't have a camera like yours, Yoherz. But when you do get it, make sure you try Twin Dragon Lash with the Gringham Whip, which I know you have.
