Site Usage

• The website, products and services of Chocobo Heaven are provided “as is” and are considered privileged
• Chocobo Heaven can not be held responsible for the content contained within the site and the opinions expressed within are not necessarily those of Chocoboheaven.com
• You agree that no legal action, past, present or future, will be taken against Chocoboheaven.com in relation to your dealings with the site or people on the site
• If you have become a member of the site, your membership may be rejected, revoked, limited or edited in any other way by Chocoboheaven.com at its sole discretion
• By viewing and/or becoming a member of Chocoboheaven.com, you confirm that you do not have an affiliation with a website within the same genre as Chocoboheaven.com and you agree not to establish a website using information inherently gleaned from your usage of Chocoboheaven.com

General Guidelines

The usage of Chocobo Heaven is contingent on the following:

• You positively contribute to the forum and its membership
• You aid in maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere
• You live within the rules and regulations set out by Chocobo Heaven
• You respect the site, its management and its members

Ownership of Content Submissions

• All legal content, information, reviews or any other form of member submission immediately becomes exclusive property of ChocoboHeaven.com

General Membership

You may NOT:

• Discuss any form of Piracy
• Create multiple accounts for any reason
• Give rep to anyone else who shares a computer with you or that you personally know
• Give rep to someone for the purposes of artificially inflating their rep or for any other reason other than to reward a post that benefits the forum and it’s members
• Misrepresent yourself as being staff from ChocoboHeaven.com or anyone else who you are not
• Use profanity. This includes the use of symbols to circumvent the no profanity rule.
• Post personally identifiable information or anything else that may jeopardize your privacy and/or safety or that of others
• Post questions/remarks relating to a member being banned from the ChocoboHeaven.com forum or site. Please contact ChocoboHeaven.com staff directly.
• Partake in discussions about politics, race or religion or promote your own views in this area through any other means
• Have a signature that exceeds 5 lines in length, have more than 500 characters in lenght and use larger than #4 font size in signatures.
• Have the images in your signature pass 70Kbs in total. Meaning you can have many images as long as all the images as a whole, don't pass 70Kbs.
• You will only be able to add 1 banner in your signature.
• Your signature banner shouldn't pass 500px width and 150 in height. That leaves enough room for your imagination.
• Ask for reputation
• Post external affiliate links in your profile or signature
• Post advertising links in your profile or signature
• Discuss the circumvention of security-related applications
• PM members with the intent to sell items, services or spamming announcements.

You are EXPECTED to:

• Edit your posts for spelling and grammar. Chocobo Heaven's usability depends on this.
• Use capitalization
• No excessive Internet jargon
• Use proper spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Treat others with respect at all times
• Maintain an environment that is friendly to all ages
• No swearing, racy images etc.
• Post new threads within the most applicable section of the site
• Post factual information
• Link to internal sources of information before linking to external sources - if the information is comparable

Disrespect of Rules

If you disrespect the above rules, Chocobo Heaven.com's staff will take several actions depending on the action done.

• You can be contacted through Personal Message, by an Admin or Moderators.
• You can be given Infractions.
• You can be banned temporarily from Chocobo Heaven's Forum.
• You can be banned from Chocobo Heaven's Forum.
• You can be banned from Chocobo Heaven.

All of the Above Rules and Guidelines mentioned may be changed without notice. It is your responsibility to check once in a while the Rules and Guidelines of Chocobo Heaven. However we will let you know by the Topic's name if there was some updates.
