I think school should get rid of some of their double set rules.. I mean are they actually wanting to get real teachers that know what they're usually talking about? and make people smarter.. i guess they just like making people dumb sometimes but then again that's just me. or wheather people get hurt by other? ..Shouldn't school be a place to go learn new things, hang out with friends, get help by asking questions if he/she doesn't understand something without having some one else get mad for not knowing the answer all the time.. Maybe schools should set up different classes for people that actually have a harder time learning then others like for example:
1. Being a little slower then some .. and
2. having a problem with numbers and letters

..... Should school's be able to hire people who have a record with police?
or stop kids fighting most of the time with something besides Oss, Iss, parents and teachers meeting up.. what's ur opinon? I guess they can't think of anything more stupid.
i say no but i wonder what other ppl have to say. Besides the world is a demented and sometimes deranged place.. Interesting but yet odd at the same time.

They should research their teachers better before hiring them. Like more than an interview and actually listen when the students complain about the teachers. When we do so, we usually have good reasons.

Also, I do agree that ISS or suspension is stupid for things like getting into a fight or something so minor. They said that next time I get into a fight, I'll get expelled. People are naturally going to get mad, so they can't stop it by kicking them out of school. If anything, it''ll just make them more mad.

Getting into a fight is by all means NOT minor. It is intentional harm of another person, and will in any degree not be tolerated. If taught in high school that it is a minor crime. The belief as an adult will be that it is a minor crime, and it is by no means a minor crime to assault ANYONE. ISS is to seclude kids from other students, because they do know that students like hanging out with each other, so what better punishment than practically grounding them? Teachers are carefully researched before they are hired, that way the school can avoid being sued, on the other hand firing a teacher is much different.

Judging by the amount of "typos" and improper grammar used in your post, I would say you need school. Teachers know what they are doing, they do a great job at what they do. It's just you wanting to get away with something.

But it's still the same punishment if it's self defense or assault. I was attacked with a knife and got a more harsh punishment than the person that attacked me. Besides, it's like I said to the vice-principal AND principal. "If I'm getting attacked in the middle of nowhere, I can't just call a teacher or the cops to come save me. I have to take it into my own hands to defend myself.

Though, I do know that there are teachers that know what they're doing because there are a few teachers that I look up to as role models. By any means did you provoke the person who attacked you, the person who assaulted you obviously had a reason. Unless he was completely insane, which I highly doubt, but is a possibility. Don't push all the blame on the person who attacked you, own up.

Ask yourself "Why are 90% of her students failing, is it the 90% of the students fault?" because obviously that other 10% doesn't have some completely different teacher who knows what shes doing. Not only that but teachers are EXTREMELY hard to fire. Look into it, they have to break a law before it's close to possible to fire a teacher.

As for the typos and improper grammar, I wasn't using it as a slam.[not that it was directed toward you anyway] I was using it more as "This is why we have school" [refer to thread title] The typos were obviously not abbreviations and grammar mistakes like then/than were clearly visible to me. Could be because I'm a grammar Nazi, who will admit; makes mistakes as well.

No, he's a big pothead. I almost always slept in that class so people would jokingly blame stuff on me (I wouldn't get in trouble) so this guy thought he could push me around. It was self-defense.

Let me put it this way. The girl that sits next to me in that class is a freshman and she had Spanish classes for five years straight before this class and she's failing. I very very highly doubt that's her fault.

My last year Math teacher was a dummie, and by dummie, I really mean it... we students were correcting his errors all the time! now come on... everyone knows 5*4=25 lol... errors like this...

So, 70% of my class didn't pass his tests... what can we do? sue him?

I know that not all potheads are crazy. Some of them are actually really cool. I have two pothead friends and one is a genius in History. This guy was just being an a** and decided to mess with me by pointing a knife at me while we were watching a movie in the dark during class.

A unicorn?Sounds like you're in elementary.
Though, the only students that are passing are people that learned Spanish as their first language. On top of that, she isn't even teaching the right thing. She's teaching incorrect pronounciations and rushing us through the language. She gives us about 50 words a day and expects us to remember them forever.

well,i think it has a disadvantage and an advantage...in school you learn(imagine the teachers are not witches DD) adn also you meet people i don't have many friends,i only have 2 best friendas that they never forgot me or threat me bad,...they are to twins called mariana and daiana
and well,the advantage is that you don't have to wake up early,meat your enemies,and let the teachers that hate you embarass you...i have a teacher that hated my sister so she always ashame me in front of all the class...
