Issue: City Curfews

Good Points (in Bioethics):

"You can make things that aren't real crimes; real crimes, you can also make people who aren't real criminals, real criminals."

"There shouldn't be a curfew because you can commit the same crime in the day that you can at night, true it is easier at night, but not everyone is a potential criminal."
