Actually, I came up with another good thing about X-2.

Well, just so you know, I've been posting arguments both in favor and versus the game, I don't really have a strong posture for FF X-2.

But, in FF X, the whole game there was this sofocating atmosphere of "Sin will kill us", and the temples didn't help me much =P
In FF X-2, at least there was a much more brighter environment. And again, I didn't like it very much, but it kept me in good mood at the very least.

I wuz dissapointed with the game. It wuz really wierd with the dresspheres and only 3 characters. I wuz upset with the storyline. I really didn't like it.

That's an important point. I like when you get more and more characters. Having only three characters during all the game dissapointed me. I doesn't matter if the dressphere system intended to make up for it, I wanted more characters.

True. The diversity of characters for certain combat situations is important, and having to play the ENTIRE game to get dresspheres, for the game to finally have a true diversity after an entire playthrough, is.....just plain annoying.

But regardless. It only modifies their stats, not gives you more characters.
I mean, the entire stoyline itself is even limited since there's only three characters.
In, say, FFVII, you can go to other areas since Yuffie is from there, and it'll even haev a character development sidequest. Then you can go over to.....Nebilheim to run around there and just screw around and get Tifa's final limit break. Then go advance the storyline if you feel like it. Or even go and get stuff for other characters, and you get to choose which characters you like most out of a handfull (or in some games, a ton) of different characters.

In X-2, you just run around anywhere in areas that you've already been to a dozen times in FFX that have been slightly modified. They tell you right out where to go next, and everything is basically uneventful unless you're either getting a dress sphere, or advancing the storyline.

And some of the changes of the places are really dissapointing, like Zanarkand.. a tourist attraction? what the ****?!

Yeah, seriously.
I mean, it's holy ground.
That's like taking.....well, come to think of it, there isn't a sacred place people haven't tried to market yet. Which, is something they shouldn't do in a game, period. Especially if that place holds a sentimental value to players of the original game.
It's practically an insult to players AND characters alike.

I've forgotten most of the game.
The parts that really stick out in my head are the massage thing, the skimpy outfits, Yuna's idiocy, and other such things I didn't like.
