Do you believe this is a necessarily step, to take someone's life, because of the sin he/she committed? Such as, killing & raping?
Do you believe in second chances? How many chances do you think someone needs to make a different?
Believe in people can change?

Im about the same way. You take someones life on purpose, such as murder, then you deserve to die. Any other crime should only be punishable by jail time.

jail time first time flat out murder for repeated offences, # of offences differing between each crime such as murder, 2 times, rape, 5 times, thievery, 21 times idk just sumtin like that

I'm going to have some fun with this section of the forum...

I believe that execution should be used for:

crimes that are as bad if not worse than the punishment, like murder or multiple cases of "manslaughter".

population control.

and people who wish not to live. (assisted suicide)

but assisted suicide IS murder, you would be arrested and tried for atleast assisted murder

i think that if any one is so dumb to commit murder or any capital crime and doesnt think about the consequences well then thats too bad for them. Like the old saying goes: An Eye for An Eye

I really think that it is dependent on the crime. Such as murder, u NEED to be killed yourself. It is absolutely moronic to think otherwise. That is what they did in the olden days by hanging people

We need to bring hangings back. Notice the difference in crime between back then until now. I know the population is different but per capita, the olden days was much lower on crime because of the punishment they exacted on the perpetrator.
