Yoh! 6 words!!!!THE BEST ANTI VIRUS IS AVAST!!!it refreshes every day,it finds all type of viruses,and also,its constantly analyzing the whole system without delaying the computer!!!when i installed it,every virus was reported!!! 189 viruses were in my machine!!!!!!i had norton,mcaffe and another i don't remember but none of them was useful...norton is too heavy and very slow...so download avast!!!

If noone has said this already get Grisoft Anti Virus (AVG), also I suggest you Defragment your computer by going into System Tools in Accessories!

Have you downloaded Ad-Aware SE Personal ?To Defrag your disks use another program than the one that you have in your computer... O&O Defrag should do it
