every member as 1 rep power but Jenova Sephiroth... he has contributed a lot to the forum, mainly in reviews and people gave him reputation, now he has 2 rep power, meaning that everytime he reps+ someone, that person raises 2. we admins have 10... each time with rep+, 10 rep raises to the user we gave it... and so it goes...

lol. Well, the admin have 10 rep power, not rep. The rep that is reffered to in the number is the green boxes under the rep points amount. When it gets over 100 points, you get a second green box. I dunno about any after that.
