I've seen something like this in american cartoons and movies, but i never thought that it is real 0_о

To an extent they are real, but in a country where racism isn't tolerated (or so we want to believe, but look at the US with their opinion towards latinos, arabs, and homosexuals [though this category is a winning battle for the most part]), most wish not to show it lest they feel the unholy wrath of thousands of people.

Yup. Me either.
Only time I was, was when I got to Louisiana, and told them I was from Texas. Based solely on that, they called me a redneck, even though there was about three actual rednecks of them sitting next to me. -_-;

Yes, then there are those that can get away with it scot-free (sp?) and that are completely hypocritic in it, and those that are ligitmately against it.

And yesh. I asked them all a good bit about it, and they said there's a wh*re about every 5 minutes walk. They measured in "wh*re walks", which, 3 wh*re walks are 15 minutes to the nearest Pizza Hut form where one of them lived. lol.
