Well, Jade knows how to use his power better since he has a lot more experience. Ontop of that he can combine his fonic artes and even use FoF changes to use spells Mewtwo can't even read his mind to find out about.

Ok now thats pretty cool. His name is what makes him sound so average to me. Those are some neat powers though. Since i havent played a game with him in it, im still going to go with saying mewtwo could defeat him. Mewtwo is a clone of what is basically a God pokemon of their world. So you cant discredit him all that bad.

Well, he's only the failed copy of God. Mew is the real divine being (until they add another 200+ pokemon) that can learn any move and is cute, to boot.

that is true, but hes still just as strong as mew and if not just barely under from what i recall of that movie years and years ago. Plus he cloned all those pokemon to I wonder if he could do the same as Jade and either copy Jade or make more copies of himself.

Nope. Remember how Ash went through that cloner too? It only cloned Pikachu.
Therefore, he can only clone Pokemon. Though, that would be awesome. 100 Jades all over....."America" would be "Jadica", and Japan would be "Jade's playroom for all the sexy asian girls."

But Jade knows Fomicry, so it'd be an endless war between Jade clones and Mewtwo replicas (would they be called Mewthrees?).

Mewthrees? Probably. lol. Though, unless he made perfect copies (which he probably would), then yes they would be Mewthrees.
Knowing Jade, he would be all Godly and make them in his own image, along with the Jade clones, and.....TAKE OVER THE WORLD!
