Yeah, basically the same as Six Samurais (basically). So just heavy on kill spells and high ATK monsters will break it. An old-school blitz deck, which were very common around where I was.
Twas why I became a defensive player and made a wall they couldn't break. lol.

naw...my deck survived in a place where you were a n00b if you didnt play at least 2 smashing grounds and 3 sakaretsu armors . I played 3 sakaretsu armors as well so beat down didnt effect me, and I only played 1 monster a turn unless I knew I would win, so even the most powerful spells didnt effect me much.

Well, cards like that were either really rare, or weren't made yet back in the days I'm talking about.
Hell, I hadn't even heard of Smashing Ground until my freshman year in high school.
