I found this site called StrikeZone where you can buy Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, and other TCG cards. You can buy singles, boosters, box sets, and promos from almost any TCG.
Also, I have personally tested it by buying my Starlit Sanctum, Shunko, and a Scourge booster back. They were delivered safely and triple wrapped, along with bubble wrap. www.strikezone.com

I just tried to look on here and found that the site got closed down.
 There is another site, though. Gondor, what was that site that I gave you for card searches? It's got a bunch of those sites on them.
