Yeah, it could be a hand-drawn scan or a computer drawing. Long as it was done by hand, it should be fine.
Heck, we could probably get the members to vote for whose they like the most so the admins don't have to choose.

And I like that. Choose a character and see who can draw the best picture of them.

well maybe but if we chose that in the competition you have to draw a chocobo I think it would be really difficult making it with a 3d maker program

you would have to figure out how loose you want the rules, like...could you just draw a face or do you have to do full body? can someone be on it? stuff like that

this is alright i believe this would get a lot of attenion through the internet and hook more fans however i come from a poor family and i really don't know how to submit my art online and how am i going to submit my work online any suggestions?

Well, you can get a photoshop program from a free site or from one of the members here that does a lot of art and use digital images. Or, your local library might have a scanner (if the town is big enough) that you can scan them there, put it on a CD, and then bring it home.

Yes, basically you just have to turn the image you draw on a digital format, and to do that, like Yoherz said you need a scanner. and then you just have to upload it to the web on free uploaders like imageshack or CH File Uploader

Or you could do what sasuke did for a few of his pictures and just take a picture of them with a digital camera. You don't get all the details, but another artist will know where to look and such.
