Please, read the rules and guidelines of the forum.

THEY HAVE BEEN UPDATED.

Basicaly, now all your images in your signature must not pass 70Kbs. This will speed up the forum loading time.
You will only be able to add 1 banner in your signature.
Your signature banner shouldn't pass 500px width and 150 in height. That leaves enough room for your imagination.
Sigs that cause extremely slow page loads due to slow hosts will be immediately removed and a warning will be placed in your sig area advising you this. Putting it back and causing the pages to load slow again will be an immediate ban. Please respect the others that visit this site.

So Please remove your images if they are using too much space. I'll give one week before Admins and Moderators start cleaning signatures.

Good for you man. Though, I'll assume this has something to do with server size and something that causes you to pay more money.

well, if the forum causes the server high loads, it will go down more often and i'll have to buy a dedicated server, which will cost me more money.

But picture this: image someone starts a thread, and in the page there are 10 posts. each member has 3 images in their signatures. and the total size of images of each member is 250Kbs or 200Kbs. That's a 2/2.5Mb page load! That's horribly long for those who have slow internet connection, plus, the images are not all hosted at chocobo heaven, so any slower host, will cause the forum to be slower too!

I think everyone understands that this is for the best.

I see. Though, I don't know any of that GB 2.456912 whatever it is. So, can you just plain tell us who's signatures are too big and by how much?

Well each user should be able to right click on their images and check proprieties to see how much kbs they use, and add the whole thing, and if it is above the given quota, they should remove 1 or two images.

In one week, I'll be continuing my life here around the forum and if I see a big Image, I'll check the signature, and then take action or not.

Example: your big signature is almost above quota, but its still under, but the width of it is 550px. I'll let that pass, I won't be picky for just 50px. But now your two other banners are making you quota to go over 170kbs, and the limit is 70kbs.
