Hm. Competitions would be good.
Art would be the easiest to display, but....we need to try something that other sites/forums haven't already done.
Maybe a design your own FF monster contest? Or some contest where you get a special kind of points (besides gil, or maybe gil) for each FF paraphanalia item you submit that you can prove is yours. Maybe a "the first to call an admin's cell number after this forum time" contenst.
More RPG tournaments? FF game quiz contests?
