No. The mother just happened to be ovulating, doesn't mean it's the child's fault because of the active egg, and the sperm being there at the right time. If anything that child should be given up for adoptions, I'm sure alot of willing families would take that child.

I think that this is unfair. It is also not the mothers fault that a mad man had decided to force himself upon her and possibly threatened her life in order to have sex. It is unfair to think that having the man's child is the same.
I know that you can give the child to a caring family. But the problem is that it would be a reminder of what happened to conceive the child. It would kill her to think of such a terrible act of violence. It is unfair to both the child and the mother.
That is why it could be up to the women whether to have the child or not. It is unfair to say you
HAVE TO have the child. You got to think about the potential impact on the psyche of the women and the child (if in fact it is born) if s/he learns of how they were conceived.
