Larsa is an awesme FFXII Guest and can be extremely awesme Berserk + dealing damage or tossing Hi-Potions out of his invinsible bottomless bag of unlimited Hi-Potions (later the same w/th X Potions and Potions earlier) unless you've overpowered the crap out of your main party before getting him. However he can't be levelled up or equip new equipment to increase his strength like other characters. Sure you can get him at L99 by building Vaan to L97 before hand but even then other L99 characters would be better at that point due to being able to equip better equipment. I ADORE Larsa character wise though.
Even though I haven't played VPI in VPII Lenneth has all the equipment and stat boosting twink potentail that Larsa lacks ... however I find her kind of lacking character wise compared to Hrist and Silmeria =/
Still she'd probably win in a fight vs Larsa though =/

Trust me, a certain hacker we all know puts him to shame in Vol. 3. You get him as a party member, and he has unlimited full HP and full MP recovery items.
