Well, like I told BR in a PM, we usually only do that in special cases. Like, one fo our members (I think it was Mistrust) posted in her introduction thread that she couldn't think of anything when she was registering and wanted to change her username.
Also, if we had a thread that you could change your username whenever, everyone would change their usernames and some members would change it like every month and nobody would know who is who.
