To get the Wyrmhero Blade you need to have 1 Lu Shang's Badge, 1 Godslayer's Badge and 1 Omega Badge. When you get those, I think you have to sell them , and then the weapon will apear on the Bazaar. You can then purchase it for 65535Gil.
